Frequently asked questions
As some of the products are made-to-order while some are not, the processing time can vary extensively depending on the purchased item. Orders can be processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for pre-made items, up to 14 days (including weekends and holidays) for made-to-order items.
After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping for all orders above 30,000¥.
Countries we offer free shipping to: Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam .
We also offer free Economy shipping options for other countries.
Please note that returns, exchanges and cancellations due to customer reasons (wrong order, different image, wrong size, etc.) will not be accepted.
We will only accept an exchange if you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. If the ordered product is out of stock, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method provider.
